Wright, Director for the City of Houston's Mayor's Office of Business Opportunity In April 2011, Ms. Wright was appointed by Mayor Annise Parker to ensure that the City's small, minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises have meaningful participation in the city's procurement process and that the City facilitates business development and stimulates job creation through the implementation of new policies and initiatives. Join us in welcoming Ms. Wright.
