Customer Service Representative

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison to provide product and services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities: 

Manage incoming calls.

Identify customer's needs to achieve satisfaction. 

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Keep records of customer interactions.

Handle customer discrepancies with appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time frame and follow up to ensure resolution.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through effective communication and effectiveness. 

Full Time
Monday - Friday
8am - 5pm
$12/hour
