Description
Partners in Primary Care is a senior focused primary care doctors office. Please join us and learn more about our facility and what we have to offer to the community. We will have hors d'oeuvres, refreshments, and dessert. As well as the radio station live, Medicare insurance agents, and raffle prizes to give out. Please feel free to bring your family, friends, and neighbors.
