Description

In partnership with Civil Dialogues, founded by Houston journalist Linda Lorelle and Jean Becker, former chief of staff to President George H. W. Bush, HCDE is bringing together Greater Houston civic and community leaders for an engaging panel discussion followed by small-group table conversations.

Panelists include leaders representing the Houston Voting Initiative, League of Women Voters of Houston, Voyager, and Greater Houston Partnership. Together, they’ll explore what it means to participate in civic life, connect with our neighbors, and play a role in strengthening our communities.

And it’s a great evening to bring a friend! Dinner and childcare will be provided at no cost, and attendees will have the chance to win more than 40 door prizes.

Everyone is welcome, whether you’re already involved in civic engagement or simply curious about ways to get involved.
