Concession Stand Supervisor: Directly oversee the set-up, food production, personnel, administrative requirements, service and operation of assigned concession stand. Must have a minimum of one-year food service and/or supervisory experience, including cash handling experience. Rate of Pay: $10/hour Concession Cashier: Operate cash register and handle all transactions with accuracy and in accordance with cash handling policy. Take food and beverage orders and provide excellent customer service at all times. Basic math skills required. Prior cash handling experience required. Rate of Pay: $8.75/hour Concession Stand Counter Attendant: Assist stands managers with set up prior to event. Prepare food and beverage orders for customers upon request. Assist in closing and cleaning of the stands at the end of each event. Always provide excellent customer service. Rate of Pay: $7.25/hour Runner: Deliver food, beverage and paper products from one area to another area. Ensure items are delivered in a timely fashion and the proper paperwork is signed. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the warehouse. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend and stock shelves. Rate of Pay: $8.00/hour Grill Cook: Grill, fry, steam, roast and prep items in assigned concession stand, following all standard recipes and cooking projections. Maintain and log proper food temperatures and keep a clean and sanitized work area and equipment. Must have previous grill experience. Rate of Pay: $8.50/hour Starbucks Barista: Take and fulfill beverage and pastry orders while providing exceptional customer service. Create brewed and blended drinks according to Starbucks standards. For Rodeo only- Previous Starbucks experience is required. Rate of Pay: $9.25/hour Vendor Filler: Replenish vendor stock with accuracy. Rate of Pay: $7.50/hour Custodial Supervisor: Supervise a floor or group of custodial workers, to include delegating assignments, monitoring staff and monitoring the radio to respond to requests for service. Rate of Pay: $10.00/hour Beer Attendant: Conduct opening and closing inventory counts of assigned portable. Operate cash register and handle all transactions with accuracy and friendliness and in accordance with cash handling policy. Serve beer and snacks while adhering to all TABC standards. Must have solid math skills. Rate of Pay: $8.50/hour Vendor/Hawker: Sell food and beverage in assigned section of the Stadium. Ensure quality presentation of the product. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and walk throughout entire shift. Rate of Pay: Commission Warehouse Worker: Maintain par levels of product in the warehouse. Restock service areas to prescribed par levels after and prior to events. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend and stock shelves. Rate of Pay: $8.00/hour Club Stand Supervisor: Directly oversee the set-up, food production, personnel, administrative requirements, service and operation of assigned concession stand. One-year food/customer service experience. For Rodeo only. Pay: $9.00/hour Cook: Use a variety of cooking methods to prepare delicious meals of excellent quality and presentation. Requires a minimum of one year experience cooking in a high volume setting, including grilling, sautéing, baking, frying and prepping. Rate of Pay: $8.50- $10.00/hour, depending upon experience Steward: Wash pots, dishes, and silverware and kitchen equipment using prescribed methods. Sweep and mop kitchen and storage areas. Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen. Rate of Pay: $8.00/hour Custodial Worker (Post-event Cleaning}: Clean building after event completion, removing trash, wiping seats, mopping floors, etc. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work overnight. Rate of Pay: $8.00/hour Floor Technician: Clean, scrub, burnish and polish floors using appropriate equipment. Prior floor technician experience is required. Must have experience using a burnisher. This is a third-shift position. Rate of Pay: $9.00/hour Auditor: Monitor cashiering activities during events. Minimum of one-year cash handling experience and background in an auditing or administrative accounting field. Rate of Pay: $9.25/hour Alcohol Compliance: Ensure that Aramark?s alcohol compliance program is maintained at all times for every event. Complete compliance check lists nightly and monitor staff and guests to ensure all TABC regulations are followed. Must have a minimum of one year professional experience. $10HR
