Housekeeper - Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas. Utility Technician -Utilize machinery and specialized training to refinish, stain, and polish various types of flooring. Floor Technician - Perform routine cleaning/ maintenance of assigned floor care areas Grill Cook - Prepare, and cook to order, foods requiring only short preparation time Sous Chef -Coordinate, supervise and direct activities of cooks and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking foods to ensure an efficient and profitable food service.
