SUMMARY:Fridays with Frances
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\nOur next Feel Good Friday features Daniel Garcia-Pratt of Finca Tres Robles and Mike Kacal\, of Kacal Auto & Truck Services\, hear how they got started and how they are keeping their doors opoen during COVID-19. \n\n\n\nFinca Tres Robles is a startup urban farm on a 1.25 acre lot in the East End\, where they are growing organic herbs\, fruits and vegetables to be sold to individuals and restaurants directly. Hear about the great things they are doing\, the people they are saving and partnerships they have fostered during COVID-19 to help our community stay healthy and strong. \n\n\n\nMike Kacal is a second-generation business owner who was active before COVID-19 in giving back to the community and that has not stopped him. He has remained opened during COVID-19 and even with a reduction in sales\, he started a weekly Restaurant Challenge\, where he supports community restaurants by ordering lunch for his essential employees\, as they keep vehicles safely on the road. He is doing all he can to encourage other business owners to match his efforts in supporting local.
