The luncheon will honor El Centro's longtime supporters and advocates\, Making a Difference Community Leader Honorees Leisa Holland-Nelson and Leila Perrin and Making a Difference Corporate Leader Honoree Gulf Winds International. This year's keynote speaker is Dr. Alfredo Qui ones-Hinojosa\, world-renowned neurosurgeon & neuroscientist\, and author of Becoming Dr. Q: My Journey from Migrant Farm Worker to Brain Surgeon.
