If approved in Washington\, this Pipeline will supply crude oil to U.S. Gulf Coast Refineries.  Panelists will discuss the reasons for the delay and the benefits like being poised to put 13\,000 Americans to work and how local businesses along the pipeline route will benefit from job growth and increased business for local goods and service providers.
